Minimum Win Rule

Here are the proposals for a MWR punishment.  The current rule says: If an owner fails to win a min of 48 Major League games in any one season, the owner will be automatically removed from the league.

Option 1.  Keep the rule as it is.

Option 2.  If an owner fails to win a minimum of 48 Major League games in any one season, the owner will be financially penalized, requiring the following:

    a.  Player Payroll will be required to be a min of $80M.
    b.  Prospect payroll shall be a maximum of $10M.

If the owner fails to win a min of 48 ML games in back to back seasons, it will forfeit its first round pick in the second year and will instead draft a player with a overall rating of 70 or lower in addition to the payroll penalties set forth above.

Option 3.  If an owner fails to win a minimum of 48 Major League games in any one season, the owner will be penalized, requiring the following:

    a. Forfeit its first round pick and will instead draft a player with a overall rating of 70 or lower.

Any owner who fails to abide by the penalties set forth herein will be immediately removed from the league.
