Option 1. Keep the rule as it is.
Option 2. If an owner fails to win a minimum of 48 Major League games in any one season, the owner will be financially penalized, requiring the following:
a. Player Payroll will be required to be a min of $80M.
b. Prospect payroll shall be a maximum of $10M.
If the owner fails to win a min of 48 ML games in back to back seasons, it will forfeit its first round pick in the second year and will instead draft a player with a overall rating of 70 or lower in addition to the payroll penalties set forth above.
Option 3. If an owner fails to win a minimum of 48 Major League games in any one season, the owner will be penalized, requiring the following:
a. Forfeit its first round pick and will instead draft a player with a overall rating of 70 or lower.
Any owner who fails to abide by the penalties set forth herein will be immediately removed from the league.
